If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or
exchange within seven (7) days of purchase if the candle is in the original
condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is
present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
We will review items that are eligible for a return. If you elect to return your
candle completely, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions.
Goods that have been delivered to us without notification will not be
entertained.
