Shipping Methods and Charges

 

Our orders are fulfilled from Mondays to Fridays, barring public holidays, and between 9am and 5pm. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day. Orders may be dispatched from different parts of the world, depending on our merchant partners’ logistics setup. However, we continuously strive for the most efficient connection. 

 

Our partners endeavour to process orders within 4-5 business days, however the challenges of small, independent business setups may occasionally stretch it to beyond that. A number of Merchants produce on demand, and in such cases their turnaround times are clearly stated on the respective product pages. 

 

Orders may be dispatched via our partner warehouse, or directly from the Merchant, to you. In the case of the latter, different shipping methods and charges may apply. Shipping charges are displayed at Checkout.

Taxes and Duties

 

Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Singapore will be paid by the Customer, on the package arriving at the destination country, and are collected by the courier company. 

 

Taxes payable in Singapore, on products sold by Singapore GST-registered businesses, are added to your total order and paid at checkout. 

 

Shipping Delays

 

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of LOOQAL and our Merchant partners’ control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. LOOQAL nor our Merchant partners are responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

 

Lost Parcels

 

LOOQAL offers tracking for all orders, however LOOQAL does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with the respective courier companies.
