If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order
The following Return Policy will apply for all orders:
• We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, if earrings are unworn and arrived with defects, please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will assess these on a case-by-case basis
• Note that we also do not accept refund/exchanges for any personalised items (including stamped rings and specific-sized rings), non-jewellery items (ring sizer) and other sale items
• For all returns/exchanges/repair services, please contact us at eva@inarijewellery.com quoting your order number for instructions. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (including original packaging)
• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning the item; shipping costs are non-refundable
• Do consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance for any items above RM 300. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer
• Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
For refund, a full refund of the item(s), excluding any delivery charges, will be processed within 10 days.
For exchanges, please return the item(s) and purchase the new item(s) as a separate order. We will also ensure that refund of the initial item(s) are processed within 10 days upon inspection. Exchanges only applies once per order
