By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Services and must leave the Website immediately. LOOQAL provides the Services to you through the Website. Further details of the Services are outlined in Section 3 below. When you purchase products using the Website, you are purchasing them from third-party retailers (“Merchant(s)”) listed on the Website. It is important to understand that the contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the respective Merchant. LOOQAL acts as an agent on behalf of the Merchants, who are the principals. While LOOQAL is authorised by the Merchants to conclude the contract on their behalf, LOOQAL is not a party to that contract.

LOOQAL offers a marketplace platform through which you can browse and purchase products from a curated selection of Merchant shops and brands around the world. As part of the Services, LOOQAL may facilitate certain ancillary functions such as payment processing, delivery coordination, and customer service support; these are provided at no additional charge.
However, as noted earlier, the actual contract for the purchase of the products is strictly between you and the Merchant. This means the Merchant is legally responsible for the sale of the products.
Logistics and delivery services are handled by third-party shipping providers and their partners. By placing an order, you are entering into a separate agreement with these logistics providers. Shipping charges (where applicable) are clearly indicated at checkout prior to purchase.
LOOQAL does not directly sell or distribute products. We act solely as an intermediary platform that connects you (the customer) with the sellers (Merchants). We are not responsible for incorrect orders, product defects, or issues arising from the services or goods provided by the seller. That said, we will make reasonable efforts to liaise with the Merchant to facilitate a resolution. By using the Website, you acknowledge that our role is limited to facilitating this connection and that the Merchant bears ultimate responsibility for resolving any issues related to your order.
LOOQAL exercises reasonable care to ensure the information published on the Website is accurate. However, LOOQAL makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation or content of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the extent permitted by law, LOOQAL disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LOOQAL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, related to your use of the Services.
LOOQAL provides the Services for domestic and personal use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business, business interruption, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Services.
LOOQAL makes every effort to ensure product descriptions on the Website are accurate. However, all product information is provided by the Merchants, who remain responsible for its accuracy. We cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. If you require more information about a product, please contact the Merchant directly.
Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. While we aim to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen reflects the exact colour of the product.
We do not allow Merchants to list flawed or substandard products that fall below acceptable market standards. If you receive an item that is flawed, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality, you may return it to the Merchant. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Merchant will determine whether to offer a replacement or refund. Some Merchants may offer only a refund, at their discretion, in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please refer to that policy for details on how to initiate a return.
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory rights for goods that are faulty or misrepresented. These Terms and Conditions do not affect those legal rights.
All products are sold for domestic and personal use only. You agree not to use the products for commercial or resale purposes. Neither LOOQAL nor the Merchants accept any liability for loss of profit, business interruption, or business opportunity resulting from misuse or unauthorized resale of the products.
As explained above, the contract for the purchase of products is between you and the relevant Merchant. LOOQAL is acting as an agent and is authorised by the relevant Merchant to conclude the contract on its behalf. However, LOOQAL is not a party to that contract, and you are not purchasing the products directly from LOOQAL.
LOOQAL requires that all Merchants on the Website maintain reasonable business practices that align with our own policies. However, LOOQAL cannot be held responsible for the individual business practices or policies of any Merchant. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service you received from a Merchant, you should first contact the Merchant directly. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact LOOQAL via the Contact Us form, and we will liaise with the relevant Merchant on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the “CHECKOUT” button, you are offering to purchase products from the relevant Merchant (not from LOOQAL directly). Your order is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which form part of the contract between you and the Merchant. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the final price, which is set by the Merchant.
Once your payment is accepted, legal title to the purchased product transfers to you. Until delivery is made to the address provided at checkout, the risk remains with the Merchant and/or LOOQAL (as applicable).
To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate, that you are over 18, and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used, with sufficient funds to cover the order.
You are responsible for checking the details of your order—including the product type, quantity, size, colour, and address—at each stage of the checkout process. The Website allows you to review and amend your order before finalising the purchase.
(i) Formation of the contract between you and the Merchant
The name of the Merchant will be displayed on the order confirmation page at the time of purchase.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract between you and the Merchant is formed at that point. Only the products listed in your dispatch confirmation email are included in the final contract.
(ii) Pricing and availability
While LOOQAL makes every effort to ensure that all pricing, product descriptions, and details are accurate, this information is provided by the Merchants. In the event of an error in pricing, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
Delivery costs are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated. These charges vary based on product, delivery location, and the policies of the Merchant or LOOQAL. Delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Depending on your delivery location, additional taxes and duties may apply. Unless stated otherwise, import duties are not included in your order and may be payable on delivery. For accurate information, you are encouraged to contact your local customs authority before placing an order. You can also refer to the “Duties and Taxes” section in our Shipping Policy.
If you return a product, any taxes or import duties will be refunded only if they were originally included in your payment at checkout. By initiating a return, you agree to assign any right to claim duty drawback for the returned item to LOOQAL, to the exclusion of any other party.
LOOQAL and its partner Merchants may use third-party shipping providers to fulfill delivery. While we strive to meet any estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to events beyond our or the Merchant’s control (see Section 16(iv) for more details). In such cases, we will work to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible, but we are not liable for losses resulting from such delays.
Delivery times vary based on product availability, your location, and the Merchant’s logistics setup. Some orders may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in multiple shipments at different times.
Shipping providers may offer optional services such as:
(a) signature release – allowing delivery without a signature,
(b) leave with neighbour/reception/security,
(c) reschedule delivery to a later date, or
(d) redirect to a collection point.
If you select (or have pre-selected) any such optional delivery preferences, or if the courier leaves your parcel unattended (e.g., at the doorstep), you acknowledge and agree that LOOQAL bears no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from that delivery method.

If you order products for delivery outside Singapore, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the package reaches the destination country. Please refer to Section 7(ii) above for more information regarding duties and taxes.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are delivered. LOOQAL will not be liable for any breach of such laws on your part.
Please note that due to restrictions on certain products in some international destinations, we may not be able to fulfill specific orders.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. During this cancellation window, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order via the “My Account” section.

LOOQAL does not knowingly allow the sale of products sourced from unethical or non-compliant suppliers. While we are unable to monitor every aspect of our Merchants’ supply chains, we remain proactive in supporting ethical manufacturing practices and expect our Merchants to do the same with their own suppliers.
LOOQAL’s Kidswear Product Safety Policy outlines the types of products Merchants may be restricted from selling due to safety regulations. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to:
