Care instructions: We recommend to keep your espadrilles in a dry environment when not in use.
Suede: We recommend using a waterproof product for suede before the first use and on regular basis for durability. We also recommend the use of a suede brush to remove stains and refresh the suede.
Leather: We recommend using a waterproof product for leather before the first use and on regular basis for durability. We also recommend the use of leather cream or conditioner to refresh the leather.
Canvas and cotton: We recommend using a waterproof product before the first use and on regular basis. In case of need, use a soft brush or cloth with slight soapy water, and repeat with clear water (try first in a less visible area).
Jute sole: All espadrilles have a full rubber outer sole for better insulation and grip. For the woven jute part of the sole, try to avoid contact with water (apply a waterproof spray for better protection). If the jute becomes wet, place them in a ventilated area until dry.

A pair of beautifully-crafted, all-natural espadrilles feels like delightful Spanish summers. And you would know it if yours have been crafted by master artisans. The ones we carry at Badt and Co. are handmade by Spanish artisans whose craft are generations-old and prided family tradition.
The original espadrille is hand-stitched and made using only natural materials. Its distinctive sole is made from jute, or esparto rope that is first braided, then molded into shape before being stitched to an upper that is typically made of leather, suede or canvas.
Flat, platform, half wedge or wedge, good espadrilles are timeless!

Products are eligible for Exchange and Return only in their original packaging with their original tags and labels intact, and have not been worn nor washed.
Cost of shipping item/s to be Exchanged or Returned to the Merchant is borne by the Customer.
