Precautions

Dark colours – wash it at least two times before wearing as dyes may bleed onto lighter clothings and transfer colour to bags
Light colours – do not mix with dark colours to prevent colour bleeding

Washing

Do hand-wash only in room temperature water
To wash, do use very little powdered and non-softening soap
Do dry indoors, away from direct sunlight in well-ventilated area
Lay flat to dry or use inner ribbons to hang dry
If needed, do steam iron lightly and vertically. Avoid stretching pleats when steam ironing
Do not dry clean
Do not wash in washing machine
Do not use a dryer to tumble dry
Do not use fabric softener or anything that contains fabric softener (e.g. baby detergent)
Do not use bleach or anything that contains bleach
Do not iron or steam press as the finish of the fabric is not designed to withstand heat.

Storage

Gather in the direction of the pleat when storing or folding
For curl hem pieces, make use of the ribbon loops attached on the sides of the piece to hang on the hanger
If travelling, use cloth assorted bag to store the piece
Do not place any heavy items on the piece when storing it

Note: Length of straight hem pieces can be adjusted by using fabric scissors, which produced a clean cut after cutting (not applicable to curl hem pieces). With excess plastic wire found at the end of the curl hem, do not pull but gently slide the fabric to cover it and the extras can be cut away

Shipping & Returns

Ships from Thailand. Unless otherwise stated, import duties and taxes are not included in item price or shipping charges. Depending on your delivery location you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes which are collected by the delivery company or when you pick up the item. Please check with your local Customs office.

CANCELLATION

EXCHANGE OR RETURNS

Exchange. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request for an exchange of size/ colour of the same style or any other item of the same price. Available for Singapore and Thailand orders only. Please contact Merchant via My Account [go to Orders – Support].

Returns. Accepted for faulty/ damaged/ wrongly sent products. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request for a Return. Please contact Merchant via My Account [go to Orders – Support].

Products are eligible for Exchange and Return only in their original packaging with their original tags and labels intact, and have not been worn nor washed.

Cost of shipping item/s to be Exchanged or Returned to the Merchant is borne by the Customer.

Refunds will only be processed upon Merchant receiving the returned product/s in mint condition, satisfying all conditions as stated in Merchant Shipping & Returns and LOOQAL Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds. Delivery costs are excluded from your refund amount.
